In this policy

Our Privacy Principles
We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Act). The APPs came into effect on 12 March 2014, when they replaced the National Privacy Principles, which applied previously under the Act. We have adopted internal policies and procedures to ensure that personal information we collect, store, use and disclose is dealt with in accordance with the APPs. 3. Unauthorised Use of Site
3.1 While using the site, you agree that you will not use the site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not:

(e) attempt to modify, reverse engineer or reverse assemble any part of the site;
(f) conduct yourself in a manner that will, or is reasonably likely to, negatively affect the site or other users of the site; or
(g) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
